I offer 1-on-1 coaching for women in midlife. We work together privately, just you and me, via phone or video.

Coaching process and pricing

Transforming your life usually requires more than just one conversation and a couple of emails.

That’s why I offer a 3-month coaching package for $2,400 USD.
(You can pay in full or choose a 3-month installment plan.)

This gives us enough time to dive deep and create beautiful shifts in your life.

When you hire me, the process goes like this:

  1. You complete a questionnaire to share what’s going on in your life right now.
  2. We meet and have a Dharma Session: a 90-minute coaching session where we dive deeply into your Dharma, or life purpose.
  3. We explore questions like: Why were you born? What are you here to do? And what’s stopping you from doing it?
  4. We continue meeting regularly (once a week) for 3 months. Each session begins with a guided meditation to help you feel calm, focused, and powerful before we begin talking.
  5. I prescribe specific meditations, mindfulness exercises, and intentional movement for you to do weekly. A custom program made just for you.
  6. We check in with each other regularly to see how you’re doing and celebrate your victories.
  7. You’ll complete a questionnaire at the beginning—and end—of our time together, so you can clearly see where you’ve grown and what has changed for you.
